Named for a piece of jade jewelry in ancient Japan, this flavorful but elegant green tea is made from tender leaves that are shaded for 10 days before plucking. The result is a light, smooth, fresh taste and bright vegetal aroma. Though the leaves are steam-heated, they are curled during processing giving it its namesake shape and a long lasting flavor. From the historic Southern Japan tea fields of Ureshino.
