Dragon Well - Special Grade

Harvested in early April, the jade green, bud and 2 leaf sets yield the distinctive "Long Jing" flavor and sweet aroma. Hints of chestnut and asparagus and sweet grass. Bright fresh aroma and pale yellow liquor. The skilled tea-makers in Meijia village use 10 hand processing steps to create the signature flat shape. One of China's top teas for over 200 years. It takes about 4.5 lbs of fresh leaves to make 1 lb of finished tea.
