Dragon Well - Qing Ming

The top grade of China's most popular green tea, this authentic "Long Jing" comes from the historic Dragon Well gardens of Mei Ji Village in the West Lake area of Hangzhou city, China. The bud and first leaf are delicately plucked by hand before Qing Ming (Pure Brightness) in the lunar calendar and before the early Spring rains. The pale yellow-green liquor yields a delicate sweetness with hints of chestnut and asparagus. The fresh aroma offers whispers of fresh spring grass. Very limited availability!!
