Raw (Sheng) style Pu Er tea tightly compressed into the traditional 100 gram bowl shape. Strong flavor with natural smokey flavor balanced by hints of caramelized sweetness with a bit of astringency. Deep red-amber liquor color. Produced in 2005 at the historic Xiaguan tea factory in Dali in Western Yunnan province. Bowl shape originated at Xiaguan and has been made by hand for over 100 years.
