One of our long-time favorites. Exquisite "Gan Tong" green tea comes from remote Dali in SW, China. The local Bai nationality people include it in their traditional "3 Course Tea." The gently twisted spring leaves and bud set are pan-fried then hand rolled. They yield a light yellow color, refreshing flavor and prized long lasting aftertaste. Named after the fabled Gan Tong Temple where 800 year old tea trees still dot the mountainside. Limited availability!
